Bala Golf Course Reviews

We have as a family been visiting Bala Golf Club for the last 30 years. It has always provided a tough test of golf on one of the most scenic golf courses I have played on. Exceptionally friendly welcome in the club house which fades away when you stand on the first tee of probably the hardest hole I have ever played. I have not seen anyone Par this daunting Par 3 in all the rounds we have played there. The last hole is a great finishing Par 3 firing down towards the clubhouse (and car park if you over shoot it!)

A very challenging 10 holes course on the outskirts of the lovely lake town of Bala. The scenery is breathtaking with views of almost every mountain in North Wales. The first hole is a par 3 and probably the most challenging par 3 in the world - the big hitters will struggle to be on the green in one. A must for all golfers.
